Stately Home Developments began with one simple principle: Do things properly and enjoy the process.
Straight out of college, Jermaine learned the construction trade from his grandad, developing a genuine passion for the craft. Together with his wife Nicolli, that foundation grew into Stately Home Developments.
"We feel very blessed to be able to do what we love every day, serving homeowners throughout Essex, and all whilst building something meaningful together both in business and in life."
Over time, the business naturally evolved to focus on outdoor spaces, from gardens and pergolas to driveways and outdoor kitchens, driven by a passion for transforming how people live outside. Today, we’re a close-knit team focused not just on skill, but on care. We treat every home with respect, stay organised, and deliver a smooth, trustworthy experience from start to finish.

Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?
How are payments handled and dealt with?
Of course! We are more than happy to visit your property at a time convenient for yourself and quote for the required works.
Full payment is never required upfront. In our opinion all respectable building companies will not require the full balance upfront. Instead, a detailed contract will be drawn up which will state set milestones customised to your project detailing when payments are due at different work intervals. The final payment will be required only once all works are completed.
Are you properly insured?
Here at Stately Home Developments Ltd we have a £2,000,000 Public Liability insurance. So in the unlikely event of an accident or incidental damage, you, your family and your property will be fully covered.
