Stately Home Developments began with one simple principle: Do things properly and enjoy the process.

Straight out of college, Jermaine learned the construction trade from his grandad, developing a genuine passion for the craft. Together with his wife Nicolli, that foundation grew into Stately Home Developments.

Over time, the business naturally evolved to focus on outdoor spaces and extensions, from gardens and driveways to wrap around extensions, driven by a passion for transforming how people live both inside and out. Today, we’re a close-knit team focused not just on skill, but on care. We treat every home with respect, stay organised, and deliver a smooth, trustworthy experience from start to finish.
