Below is a detailed explanation of how we as a company, carry out this type of work In order for our clients to better understand how we operate and offer peace of mind whilst working together.

For all of our extension projects we provide our clients with a Care Package. This includes:                                             

​

• Specification on works to be carried out and a price breakdown

• Covering letter

• 3D and architectural detailed design (We offer a design and build service also)

• Applications and approvals where applicable

• Health & Safety requirements

• Payment schedule set at different milestones of the job

On completion, all necessary certification such as electrical, gas, oil, building control, will be completed by Stately Home Developments Ltd. These certificates are then added to, and complete, the job pack for future reference.

Site protection & cleanliness

​

It is our promise to you that all areas of your property being worked in or used for access, are fully protected at the very start of our project and will remain protected until completion. The type of protection we use depends on the surface, for example we often use a combination of roll and stroll carpet protector and hard surface protector, correx floor protection sheets and OSB sheets.

Waste Disposal

​

Generally there will be a skip on site for the duration of the works. Should there not be room for a skip or if the size of project does not require a skip, then any waste is safely stored before being taken away.

In any case Stately Home Developments will dispose of all unwanted waste, rubbish and rubble unless otherwise directed by the client.
