Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?
Of course! We are more than happy to visit your property at a time convenient for yourself and quote for the required works.
How are payments handled and dealt with?
Full payment is never required upfront. In our opinion all respectable building companies will not require the full balance upfront. Instead, a detailed contract will be drawn up which will state set milestones customised to your project detailing when payments are due at different work intervals. The final payment will be required only once all works are completed. For smaller projects payment will not be due until all works are complete to ensure you are fully satisfied.
Are you properly insured?
Here at Stately Home Developments Ltd we have a £2,000,000 Public Liability insurance. So in the unlikely event of an accident or incidental damage, you, your family and your property will be fully covered.
